In Pittsburgh, a plug or patch repair usually takes under half an hour without an appointment, while a full set of tires with alignment is best booked ahead. Compare the out-the-door price across shops in Pennsylvania, since installation fees vary more than the tires themselves. Amazing service! Have been multiple times. Went to the tire shop across the street but they gave me a used tire with a bubble. Will always choose Swifty.

The owner is awesome. Very accommodating. Has always been available for walk-ins as far as I’ve been going to them, you just may have a few minute wait. The workers are fast, efficient and knowledgeable. Prices are very reasonable and the tires are in great condition.

Yesterday, I spent 45 minutes driving to their Frankstown location. When I arrived, I was informed that they did not have the size I needed. However, the employee provided me with a business card for the manager, Hedi Chaabane, along with his phone number. I called the manager and asked if he had the tire I needed at the McKeesport location, and he confirmed that they did. I then drove an additional 30 minutes to reach that location. Upon arrival, I found that the tire advertised as in stock was actually unavailable. The manager stated, “They must have sold it before you got there.” He also stated “if you waited 30 minutes, which is how long it takes to change a tire.” he could bring the tire to me. I expressed my frustration about having to make the long journey, and asked if I could be compensated for my time. He offered me a mere $5, which I felt was insufficient given that I had spent more than that on gas to get to the other location based on his assurance that the tire was in stock. I assured him that I knew how to change a tire myself, as I am knowledgeable in that area. In short, the manager's customer service was poor, and he indicated that he didn't want to assist me f
